Your AI keys, your costs
StudioLab does not resell AI. You add your own keys once, and every image, voice line and script is billed by the AI provider directly to you, at their price. Your keys are stored only on your computer.
- Writing and images: an OpenAI or Google Gemini key
- Voice: an ElevenLabs key
- Note: free Gemini keys cannot generate images through the API — image generation needs a paid key
We will publish the measured AI cost per video (long video and Short) before launch.

- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). macOS comes after the Windows release.
- An internet connection — StudioLab does not work offline.
- Your own AI keys (see above).
- One license runs on one computer. You can move it to another computer up to 5 times a month.
Minimum hardware specs will be published with the first release.

Questions about StudioLab
Do I need my own AI keys?
Yes. StudioLab works only with your own keys. You pay the AI providers directly; we don't add a margin.
Why does it need the internet?
To check your license and to call the AI services. Without a connection the app does not run.
How many computers can I use?
One license runs on one computer at a time. You can move it to a new computer up to 5 times a month.
What does the lifetime license include?
Lifetime use of StudioLab, including future major upgrades, for as long as HKMEDIALAB operates StudioLab. It is limited to 100 licenses.
Is there a Mac version?
Not at launch. Windows comes first; macOS follows.
What happens when my plan ends?
You can no longer make new videos. The videos you already exported stay on your computer.
