Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NicheLab (the "Service"), operated by [operator not set], [address not set], Vietnam ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service analyses publicly available data about online videos and channels and produces research reports. Reports are estimates based on samples of public data; they are not guarantees of views, revenue or channel growth.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and give a valid email address. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account.

3. Wallet, credits and payment

The Service is prepaid. You buy wallet credit in USD and each run deducts the price shown on the Pricing page at the time of the run. Runs that fail are not charged. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and does not expire while the Service operates. Online payments are processed by our authorised reseller and merchant of record (currently 2Checkout / Verifone), which also handles sales tax/VAT; their terms apply to the purchase. Voucher codes from authorised resellers are single-use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: resell or share access; scrape or overload the Service; use it to infringe copyright, reupload or impersonate other creators' content; break the terms of YouTube, TikTok or any other platform; or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Third-party services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using features that rely on YouTube data you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, TikTok or ByteDance.

6. AI-generated content

Some reports are written with the help of AI models. They may be inaccurate; review them before acting on them. You are responsible for what you publish.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the Service to be available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features or prices; new prices apply to runs after the change and never to credit already used. If we close the Service permanently we will refund unused paid credit on request.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. Refunds of unused credit follow the Refund Policy.
