Automatic protection

• Runs that fail are never charged.
• Re-opening a saved report is free.
• If a run was charged but produced no result because of a fault on our side, we credit it back on request.

Refund of top-ups

You can request a full refund of a card/PayPal top-up within 14 days of purchase if none of that credit has been used. After credit has been partly used, we refund the unused part of the most recent top-up. Free trial runs and bonus credit are not refundable.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method through our payment partner (2Checkout / Verifone) and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Refunded credit is removed from your wallet.

Voucher codes

Codes bought from a reseller are refunded by that reseller under its own terms; unused codes can be checked with us at [email not set].

How to ask

Email [email not set] from your account email with the order number. We reply within 3 business days. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
